Shipping & Delivery
We provide a variety of shipping methods, including:
- Next Day Delivery (Orders placed before 2pm)
- Standard Delivery (2-5 working days after dispatch)
- Click and Collect from our Birmingham Shop
Please be aware that the time needed to ship items from our warehouse often ranges from 12 to 24 hours, therefore the delivery window should be adjusted accordingly. You will be informed of the situation and contacted within 24 hours if there is a delay in shipping your goods.
Orders must be placed before 2pm in order to qualify for next day delivery. Working days are described as inclusive of Monday through Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Orders received on Friday after 2 p.m. will thus not be processed until Monday.
Standard Delivery is the method used for all shipments, whereas Royal Mail will handle Express Delivery deliveries. The 'My Account' portion of this website will provide the tracking number for your order.

PLEASE NOTE: FREE DELIVERY DOES NOT APPLY FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS. For orders under £25, delivery cost is £5.50, and for over £25, delivery is £8.50.

All orders are sent by Standard Delivery, and Royal Mail will send Express Delivery. The 'My Account' portion of this website will provide the tracking number for your order.
To receive your order, you must be present at the delivery address. If you are not there to take your package, a card will be left for you.
Orders placed from particular countries may be subject to potential customs fees even though we ship everywhere in the globe. It is the customer's obligation to find a solution if the commodities are being detained by regional customs.
It is the customer's duty to resolve any issues that arise if a package is seized or held by your local customs. If a package is held by customs, we can only give a refund (minus postage) if and when the package is returned to us. When the package is returned to us, we will get in touch with you to talk about a refund.
